First Full Day at Home

We had a pleasant relaxing day today. We all went to church this morning and I took the girls to the grocery store this afternoon. Other than that, Valerie spent the day getting used to our house and her siblings.  Lots of giggles.  She loves the balloons that our friends brought to the airport. She spent a lot of time running around with them.  Susan has been very sweet, gentle and patient with her.  She was rewarded with some giggles and a couple of hugs. The boys also got a couple of hugs but I wasn't quick enough with the camera.

Only one screaming fit today - right before bed.  Otherwise she had a very happy calm day.  Last night we were so exhausted from the long day of flying that we slept pretty well.  Hoping for more good sleep tonight!

Susan's sweet note for us!  The "Oh no" part was because the "!" had bled through to the table

Last night's hugs from Susan (pre-shower) - she said I still smelled like vomit.

Love this! Susan looks like a giant now.

Watching football

Knowing how expensive dragon fruit is here, I always got some on my plate at breakfast and most dinners in China. Yum!

Susan graduated to the back of the cart.  She was very helpful.
