Anyway, rough night.
Today we managed to get out the door to our homeschool meeting. Susan did her presentation (think show and tell) on her sister. It was hilarious. I won't get the exact wording but here's the gist of it:
Hi my name is Susan and today I'm going to talk about my sister. Do you know what an eclipse is? It's when the moon goes in front of the sun. We saw it in Kentucky. After that I was bored. Sawyer went to college and Thaddeus and Ivan were doing school. And mommy and daddy were taking naps. So I wanted a sister who I could play with. Her name is Valerie.
I could hardly hold it together.
Tonight we spent some time at a play area in the mall. Thaddeus was really excited to see that Valerie is a climber.
Valerie had a few times today where she started to bang her head but we were able to distract her and she stopped. She also had a few other times where she cried and was just sad but it didn't escalate into a screaming fit. That's an improvement for sure.
We are so thankful for all our friends and family who have supported us through this time. We appreciate the prayers and encouragement. We have not felt alone and I can't tell you how important that has been.

| He's really proud of her for getting up on her own this time |
| I find it hilarious that this place is sponsored by the local medical center |
